It took your body years to become menopausal.  One week is nothing in the hormonal path of your life.  It will take months and years to get your hormones where they need to be.  If you can not understand this you should not have purchased it in the first place, even if some review said it worked for them in a week.  Second, this is not a hormonal fix.  It's an elegant fix that addresses only the hypothalamus sending crazy messages to sweat glands due to too little estrogen in your body.  I am just about taking this for the full month now and I could say I see small changes but I know that my body still did not catch on.  I am also taking progesterone at night and that helps with sleep and hot flashes as well.  Eventually I may get to estrogen too but the process to get the estrogen (aside from creams) is lengthily.

Dim- how is this like, or unlike dim? i have been using dim successfully for years. is there a reason to switch?

Supplement- Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound created when you digest cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli or Brussels sprouts. Research suggests that DIM affects estrogen levels in your body. I have been using it to control my adult acne. Watch the dosage between brands.

Does it matter what time of day you take Relizen?

No, it does not matter what time of day you take this.  I always took it in the morning, it just matters that you do take it and try not to skip a day.  Good Luck.  I took this for two years before i felt like I could stop, but I had constant hot flashes.  I also quit drinking wine :( at the same time, which also helped.
