This was by far one of my favorite paint by numbers I’ve done. The colors were beautiful, the lines were easy to see and the canvas was high quality. I did switch up the background as I preferred the octopus to pop a bit more than the light color would have done but the rest is following the colors provided.

This was fun and relaxing and turned out really cute.

This was my first paint by number and it was fun. My first suggestion is use different paint brushes. The ones that come with it are not quality. I didn't switch out my brushes until about 75% of the way through. Also, you can see it doesn't turn out exactly like the picture. The colors are more muted and it is not quite as detailed as you would expect. It has a haphazard or blurred look to it. I am decently happy with how it turned out though. It does come on a good canvas, but I suggest ironing it before you start. I worked on it for several hours a day for about 3 or 4 days. Most importantly, it was a fun activity to do. The painting itself is very forgiving which is good because some of the areas you're expected to paint or minuscule.

Great fun and relaxing to paint

The good - the paints seem to be decent quality, and most of them were pretty easy to work with. There was plenty of paint included to cover all areas, and I have quite a bit left over that I can use on other projects. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to follow for each numbered section.The bad - the most disappointing thing for me was that paint colors are warmer and darker than the Amazon product image and the reference image that is included in the kit. The kit is packaged in a small box, so the canvas had some fairly deep creases in it from being folded. Even after ironing them out and the canvas being taped to a flat board for 2 weeks while I worked on it, I can still see the creases. The paint brushes aren't great. They got the job done, but I had to trim some extra long bristles out of the thinnest one, and there was very little difference in size between the thinnest and the mid-sized brush.

The first time I got a set and did not run out of paint! Loved it, the colors are bright and beautiful, though slightly darker than the picture shown.

I've completed 4 paint by number kits and I'm here to warn you that this one may not actually be doable.First of all, the canvas is pre-shaded, which is kind of helpful, but also makes it hard to read the numbers, especially in tight spots. Yes, there is a printed sheet with the numbers, but they are even harder to read than the ones on the canvas!Second of all, the paint pots are the tiniest I've ever seen. I'd be shocked if I didn't run out of some of the colors, especially since you have to lay it on pretty thick to cover the shading, numbers, and lines.Also, the paint brushes it comes with are far too large to use to complete this painting. There are some very, very thin lines in this design, so if you get this, plan to buy some 5/0 or 10/0 liner brushes since none are included.This frog is cute, but I should have known better because of the price point. You get what you pay for with these things.I recommend spending the money on a quality kit instead of getting one like this. My favorites are a brand called Schipper (they have some here on Amazon). They range from like $40-$70 plus shipping, but I'm telling you it's worth it. The only reason I bought this cheap one is because I ordered 2 Shippers at the same time, but one was on back order. I finished the first earlier than I thought and have to wait 3 weeks before the next comes.I haven't decided if I want to push forward and try to do this one, or if I want to call it now before I get frustrated or run out of paint. I'll update this review with results if I continue on.

Some people will say the numbers are too small, it's true, but this is the only way to make the pic so natural. As much different colors you put as much of shades and volume it will create. This work is one step to start painting 🖼 by yourself, independently... I'm not a professional, so still need numbers but it was made very good for to make it close to the real art. I love the result! ❤️

Les toiles sont arrivées dans de petits sacs de plastique PLIÉES et les plis ne partent aisément. C'est plate quand on peinture dans le trou que les plis ont créés.Vous devriez emballer la toile dans un rouleau pour assurer un produit en bon état.La peinture fournie de couvre pas les numéros. Il faut repasser une 2 e fois partout et encore.....En fin de travail, ça donne le résultat espéré.SVP un rouleau en carton rigide serait idéal pour le transport. Merci

You think you are going to get a lovely summer day at the beach with all the beautiful beach grass. Instead you get a grey dreary day with giant grey blobs where you thought you would have grass. Gross misrepresentation of what you are buying. First three photos show what you THINK you are buying. Last three show what you actually get. What a waste of a stretcher frame!

Started with No 22, and of course paints not enough! I can't wait for finale, glad I bought this pic 🙌
