Bad design. *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2022* These are great drill bits, but the small size ones have a hex shaft and they separate from it under high torque which is very disappointing and makes them useless. The larger one piece bits are great and last a long time. Disappointed with the small size ones. If you are just drilling into soft wood or other soft material they would probably be fine, but not if you are using the smaller bits for drilling metal. The only set of quick change drill bits I own that will cut stainless.The smaller sizes do have one minor flaw. The quick change and the bit are two separate pieces and I have had them come apart a few times. It might be a safety feature to keep the small bits from breaking but it is really annoying to have the bit spin free of the quick change part and get stuck what ever your drilling.
