The stand off spacers fall off when try to mount.The plastics feel particularly cheap.The adjustments are extremely awkward and I couldn't get them the work properly.Annoyed that I had drilled the holes I'm my garage so I would recommend bench testing before installing.Returned my purchase and bough a different brand.

As described. A tiny bit slow to come on but otherwise fine.

This most definitely isn't what I have come to expect from Steinel. Its plasticky and "cheap looking". Only time will tell if it stands the ultimate test of the nightly deluge. I think If I saw it in a shop (and took it out of its box) I would not have bought it: one of the pitfalls of shopping on line. Naturally I could have returned it to Amazon - but its not quite worth the bother.I would not describe it as value for money. Fitting etc is quite straight forward and it appears to work well so far. Handle before you buy!!

I loved the look of this lamp, but considering this was purchased as a security device for my back garden, I found its brightness to be completely indequate. That, coupled with the fact that for the price of this light you don't get a bulb with it (and I didn't know this before I ordered it) caused me to return it and request a refund.

A bit more plastic than I would have thought from a reputable German manufacturer, but does the job, definitely.
