Unfortunately I can't give you measurements as I've not measured it but mine fit well below my waste and right above my hips like where your pockets would be on your jeans. I hope this helps.

It is a little thicker than a windbreaker, and does not make noise. It fits great!

Q: What is the lining material made of?

lining and shell are 100% polyester. Knit is 99% polyester and 1% spandex. This is a great fitting, flattering jacket. I bought it in black and was so happy with it that II bought another one in olive. I highly recommend this jacket. Other flight jackets tend to be kind of puffy and make you look like the Michelin man. This one is very flattering and light.
