I've been using this in my salon beside my shampoo bowl for a few weeks. Like other people have said, the first 5 minutes will be the machine heating up. It produces a strong, steady stream of steam while running. I love the automatic shut-off when the water gets too low. The timer is convenient for tracking treatment time. I love how effective the steam is for driving in treatments or processing a toner. Just make sure you use distilled water! It's powerful and professional-looking, and will add tremendous value to your salon services.

This steamer is a little larger than my old one but the steam definitely flows out perfectly with a good amount of heat ! It doesn’t blow to hard where they feel suffocated . I does take a few minutes to warm up so I would warm it before you start your first cleanse. It’s worth the money and the quality is great for facials and cosmetic. I like the timer to g keep on task as well as the automatic shut off. It tapers off instead of a hard stop. Performance for this streamer is top tier

Purchased the steamer a little over a month ago and it is no longer working. When I first received it, I turned it on briefly to make sure it was functioning, but I had not actually used it yet. I just took it out to use for the first time, and although the power appears to come on, the machine itself is not working at all. What a waste of time and money.

I never quite understand what the expectations are of the negative reviewers on most of the products sold on Amazon. Although this is for home use, I am a licensed barber and I use it at my salon. It is simply AMAZING. The steam power a top notch. The functionality of the entire unit surpasses 5 stars. I’ve gone through a LOT of steamers because iiiiiii didn’t follow DIRECTIONS. If you use DISTILLED water ONLY, unplug it as the instructions says and only use it 30 minutes at a time which is all you really need in the salon, you should have NO issues. Ignore the negative reviews. PURCHASE THIS NOW!

Overheats easily and turns off.. I use it in my chiropractic office during massage work and works great for pain relief… machine just over heats easily and takes a few mins to warm up
