However, after washing the wrinkles were gone and I rubbed a fabric softener sheet on the shorts which help prevent cling. It is very comfortable and the wide waste and does not role down. I weigh 135, 5’5” and the size M was perfect. The pockets are very large, and are located over your outside thigh, not on the front of the thigh. The zippers are secure, but zip open by pulling to the front and zip closed by pulling to the back, which is opposite to all my other zippered pockets. I think the thinness of the fabric is fine for dark colors, but might be problematic for light colors.
