Foot doctor suggested I buy this to keep my big toe from bending so much. Have very bad arthritis.

This worked great to prevent my big toe from bending back too far. I had hyperextended it, and it was painful if it bent too far.This support is very thin and fits well into most of my shoes.

These inserts are fantastic in perfectly flat shoes. The pain in my big toe joint disappeared completely. But in any shoe that has even a slight heel or curve in the sole, they are a nightmare. Because the insert is completely flat and rigid, it reduces the amount of room your foot has in the shoe, sometimes significantly, so that the shoes become extremely painful even when you are just sitting still. So they are great for sneakers or running shoes, but not even useable for low-heeled boots, oxfords, chunky loafers, etc. Also, the way the insert is cut out in the toe shape is sometimes uncomfortable if the shoe insole isn't thick enough to provide cushioning. Overall, this is a mixed experience.

Works good

These inserts are lightweight and super sturdy! You just remove the insoles from your shoes, slide in the inserts and put the shoe insoles back into the shoe! These inserts remove the big toe pain I was experiencing when running and can run again!

They don't have a lot of bend but provide good support when standing for long periods of time. Maybe after longer time of wear they will begin to be more flexible.

My podiatrist told me to buy stuff for shoes to protect my Morton’s neuroma. I like the shoes I wear because they have a regular sized heal but the toebox is nice and wide. (Altra). She had suggested I move to a for a shoe, but that doesn’t make any sense, because in the hill would be too wide. On a flute I looked for a solution. I knew I couldn’t be the only person with the problem. These inserts solve the problem instantly. I tried these which worked fine, but due to the position of my neuroma, being between my second and third toe, the other pair they have with the bigger cut out and toe plate worked better. Ultimately, I returned these and bought two pair of the ones with the toe plate

This is a good product recommend by my podiatrist well made I have foot issues and this doesn’t work for me it hurts my feet and not usable with my insoles
