The best stuff ever

I noticed these often on the tables of various restaurants in the southern USA when traveling for work. Being from another part of the country, I was not familiar with them, but quickly developed a fondness for the sauce and peppers.Not super hot, and not super flavorful, but it adds a little something to excite your taste buds. I typically refill them with distilled vinegar, until I eat the peppers. The vinegar goes quickly compared to other hot sauces.

Most southerners will tell you that Trappey's is the best finishing touch for a plate of turnip or collard greens. Heck, it might even make Kale taste less like Kale. It is becoming increasingly easier to find Trappey's products up north here, but it's hit or miss, so online ordering is easier than hunting the grocery stores for it.

Good hot pepper sauce
