Generally well made with heavy wire and slides.1. The stamped metal wrench provided did not fit the intended rod and I had to grind it slightly larger with a Dremel tool.2. One of the screw down flanges was bent and I had to straighten it with a wrench.3. Biggest issue— the provided template when utilized with face frame cabinets, does not provide enough offset from the side. They have a paper flange to put over the front of the cabinet which works fine. But if you slide the template against the side of your cabinet, and then mount it, it will not pull out. You have to carefully plan exactly where to place the template to avoid the overhanging face frame. They could easily remedy this by making the template wider.

We originally got these to fit another larger cabinet. I purchased based on the suggested max measurements. It turned out it was way too small for my cabinet and was wasting space, so we used it under our kitchen sink. It is a good sturdy product, I just don't think the suggested max measurements are accurate. I wound up using two of the three I bought and sending the other back.Update: The fact that the racks don't slide independently is a slight pain. Since buying another brand for the other cabinets that do slide independently, I wish I had gotten the same ones for use under the sink. However, it is MUCH better organized than it used to be!

I was skeptical because every time I get one of these I end up sending it back because is not as described. This time it worked. I been wanting to organize this cabinet and is exactly what I needed it and wanted. I am now going to order for the rest of my kitchen cabinets. It was easy to install and it rolls easy.

I was afraid that I would not be able to install these sliding shelves, but they were really not so hard! After using the template that comes with to drill a few pilot holes, the sliders installed without much trouble. I then put together the two levels of shelving and attached them to the sliding rails, and viola!

Would buy more but a bit spendy.
