If you need to do some stretching and you need some assistance this is the item you need to get. I had to take some PT at a local hospital recently and guess what they used? That's right, expensive equipment and highly trained people to get that stretch in for me. I was given a sheet with exercises I could do at home to keep the goodness going and I said, sure wish I had something that would aid me in doing these stretches. "You mean something like this?" They pulled one of these stretching straps out and showed me how to use it. Man, it works good and it is not in the expensive equipment category. I use it on the regular and am glad I have it. Side note: IF you have pains in your back or legs or wherever and have NEVER done physical therapy, DO IT! It saved me from a lot of pain. But for the PT I would have never known about one of these doodads and how it can help stretch you out. Since I've gotten a bit more flexible, my pains have subsided, not gone but improving. Get on it people! You deserve to feel better and this will be part of that equaision. If you're not able to afford PT, look some stuff up on the TUBE. The videos are out there a plenty and you may have to weed through some to find what fits your needs but they are out there and most of them work well. I'll probably not be allowed to encourage folks to get some PT but I hadn't done it ever and wonder why not.

Excellent tool to use after hip or knee surgery. Silmilar to the tool used by my outside physical therapy session yhat I attend twice per week. Makes home physical therapy (PT) exercises much easier to accomplish due to product's loops attached along most of the strap's length which provides different points to hold depending on each person's size. Very reasonably priced and last a ling time without for what you get as many other similar products do not last as long as this product lasts. You can use it as 1 strap or 2 straps depending on the exercises needs.

I uses this (or a very similar one) at my physical therapist’s office and loved the way it worked, so naturally I got on Amazon to find one. This is high quality and a great price. It has loops all along it. It is not stretchy; I have many stretchy bands and tubes for other uses, but this doesn’t stretch, which is what I need to stretch my quads and hamstrings. It’s a great length and very easy to use. I’m sure it has many more uses, I just need to get online and look for some other helpful ways to use it. I highly recommend this stretching strap.

It's nice and sturdy and has "slips" at intervals that would work for just about all arms lengths.

A must have for knee replacement! I couldn’t perform heel slides bc my hammy still hurts after 6 wks. Can’t beat $6.

I had a severe bout of knee pain. Doctor via x-rays said mild osteoarthritis and recommended physical therapy. Therapist analyzed and said, nah, more like meniscus strain and started me on a series of stretching exercises that included this belt. Since I don’t go to therapy every day, I bought this and use it on a daily basis for a few of the stretches. (The rest involve elastic bands and exercise balls i already had). I’m6’ tall and this strap fits me fine, but for shorter people, there are loops at various intervals. So unless you’re an NBA center, it’ll fit you. I’ve been through three therapy sessions. At the first, I could bend the knee to 100 degrees before really sharp pain kicked in. After the third, I was up to 125 degrees, so they’re working. We have an upcoming trip, and these items are getting packed so I can continue with the stretching while I’m away.

Not at all like the marketing images, a very narrow strap, very hard u friendly material, dirt cheap to produce. I would advise you to look for an alternative.
