UPDATE: The seller saw my previous review and contacted me. They are going to provide a refund for the necklace. They have also provided information for necklace (same pendant but with a lobster clasp) that I fully intend to order. They reached out and made it right.My husband bought this for my birthday three weeks ago. I really adored it. It had an unusual clasp that I'd not seen before; looks like a W and you hook the chain in it. Even though the outsides were close, it does not provide a completely closed clasp. I'm saddened to say that I was wearing the other day and when I got home, it was no longer on. It makes me very sad to have lost it.
