Very bad taste (for me)
Unfortunately, the product had a very unpleasant taste. I was unable to use it for more than one day, so I cannot provide feedback on any potential long-term benefits. Suggestion for the brand: It would be perfect if it were in gel capsules I read about the benefits of Licorice root extract and is great.
