delicious!
I find most oatmeal too sweet so I was overjoyed to find this one that doesn't have added sugar. The flavor is nice and it also works well for overnight oats.

Bagged tastes different than cups
Bought the maple cinnamon after trying it and really liking it in the single serving cup. Figured the bag would be the same. But even after shaking it as stated, it tastes very different. Like it has no maple taste at all. Also if you follow the instructions on the amount of water, you end up with soup. I cut the amount of water in half and the consistency is much close to the single serving cup.

Lasting energy, healthy goodness.
I'm quite happy with this oatmeal. It's full of healthy goodies and has no added sugar, so I can add whatever sweetener I want, or not. I do recommend adding something sweet-- just a few bananas are enough, or perhaps some agave nectar. My whole family eats this stuff, including my picky toddler. It's a great deal if you get it on Subscribe and Save-- six bags last a long time and the expiration date on mine is a year out. I actually add a little bit of regular cheap oatmeal at a ratio of about 1:3, just to really stretch it out and be extra frugal. Make this oatmeal pretty much the healthiest cheap breakfast there is!
