Is some cramps but u will go to the toyler and clean out everything do u eat that day,very good
Omg this stuff is really work I'm drink last night and today in the morning lm xplot in the toyler very recommend but the think l don't like is feel not comfortable my stomach is fell some cramps and full but after I'm xplot I'm feell very light,and lm mixers with other pinaple power l have bc the flavor is very bad especial if u drink white water omg is very bad,I think is better with hit water like tea.

Great Supplement For GI Motility
Cascara is great for intestinal mobility and cleansing. I was purchasing it in pill form, but prefer this powder form sooo much better. And it actually tastes pleasant to me, which I found a bit unexpected :)

Cascara. I love it. It's the dried coffee (cherry) fruit skin. You can drink it as a tea or pulverize it into this powder. It has a pleasant nutty taste and I think it gives you energy with out the caffeine gitters. I LOVE this stuff. I use it everyday in my matcha tea and I highly recommend this.

Nothing Noticeable
Tried on recommendation for weight loss assistance but I have not noticed any effect. This ingredient is classified as a laxative, but has not produced any noticeable increase in bowel activity. I'm sure this will affect all individuals differently, as with many products. In the meantime, as I've neared the end of this batch (taking 1/2 tsp twice a day in liquid), I have ordered a capsule supplement from another company for comparison.

Not Authentic Cascara Sagrada
It is not Cascara Sagrada at all. Same genus of the plant but different species. It is Rhamnus Davurica but should be Rhamnus Purshiana plant. It does not taste bitter as it should as it does not contain imodine which is the active ingredient in authentic sascara sagrada.

I bought this for digestion.
I bought this for digestion. I was constipated. 1part Cascara, 2 parts Licorice Root, 3 parts Buckthorn. All powder easy to mix. I try to drink 3 cups of this a day and watch my diet, no gluten, no processed sugars, no dairy. This is work, but worth it!
