do you have different size brushes to fit this item?

Hello, We don't stock different sized refills for this brush unfortunately, we do have other inter-dental brushes available which come in 0.4mm and 0.5mm sizes but these have a small Bamboo handle. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Kind regards, Dental Aesthetics

you normally get 10 refil brushes and I'd say I replace mine about every 3-5 days.

How to fix the brush head so that it doesn’t fall off when brushing?

Have the handle with it curving back, slide the blue top up the hole the brush through will be at the bottom of the blue top, Push the metal part through up to brush, bend metal part that comes through back down, then slide the blue top down as far as it will go, should then be secure

How many millimetres are the heads and are they cone shaped?
