It's only about 4 miles so nothing too arduous but after about 3 days I couldn't even get off the seat when I got home without crippling pain in areas you really don't want crippling pain!I stayed off the bike for a couple of days for my nether regions to recover and research some saddles. There are some very expensive saddles about claiming to reduce saddle sores and bum pain but without being able to try them I really didn't want to pay out a fortune.The Selle Royal ROK is a reasonable price to take a risk on and with Amazon's great returns policy I thought I'd give it a go.I have to say that I will NOT be returning the saddle because I can now cycle miles more than I did before without even thinking about being uncomfortable. It takes a bit of getting used to as it flexes on the springs so you feel like you're wobbling about a bit but after a few minutes to don't even notice that.I would really recommend this to anyone who is suffering from sore and numb 'bits' and doesn't mind that it looks a little unusual. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small but surprisingly comfortable. *by V***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 15 May 2020* I received this seat quicker than the estimated date (by 2 weeks). It's smaller than I anticipated. Was easy to install. Haven't tested out as yet. Will update after the test drive. Only 3 stars until I can have a comfortable journey and no longer suffer pain in my nether regions. Date today is 15 May 2020. Update on 6 June 2020. I've used this saddle for approximately 2 weeks now. I'm cycling for 30, twice a day, to and from work. I no longer suffer pain in my nether regions. This saddle may be small but is surprisingly comfortable. Thank you for making cycling enjoyable again. x ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable *by C***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 12 June 2017* Bought it for my wife because she'd been uncomfortable on the hard saddle provided with her bike. She also, like the previous reviewer (Angela), couldn't understand why saddles need to have a "nose". Having replaced her old saddle with the Selle Royal ROK, she has remarked on the massive difference to the comfort of her bike. The gel is very soft and the shape is far more favourable.This saddle was very easy to fit. (I did have to purchase a new saddle clamp but only because the existing one on her Raleigh bike was difficult to use once I'd removed the old saddle).My wife did note that, due to the shape of the saddle, she felt as though she were falling forward while riding.
