Initially the lighter worked fine, however, after 2 months, it stopped working. The lock switch automatically goes back to the "off" position. Even when you hold the switch in the "on" position and try to ignite the lighter, it does not burn. The product comes with a 1 year warranty, however, there is no information on how to claim it on Amazon website product info section. This product was not worth my money and time.

Lighter is long enough for safety purpose. IT's flame is high for easy use. It can be used for months and refilled for later use. So long lasting product

Despite claims of high quality and a one-year warranty, there is no support available. This brand is unknown in the market, leaving us stuck with a substandard product. It's unacceptable that Amazon allows such scammers to sell these terrible products.
