Full of spicey creamy Asian flavour.
These are great. There's a good sized portion of noodles with three sachets. The three sachets included contain a paste, some seasoning, and some chilli powder. The chilli can be added to taste and I found it had a satisfying bite to it.I followed the instructions to pour over the stated quantity of boiling water and allow them to stand. The result was a creamy looking orangey/pink thin soup base with the noodles well softened and ready to eat in a few minutes. Simplicity! They made a good lunch. Bags of flavour which is spicey, umami, not heavily salty, and a nice dose of sour. There's also a slight creaminess which is well balanced. I could taste the shellfishiness, there's definitely a distinct prawn flavour in the mix. It overall has quite a Thai style of flavour to it.Next time I make these I will probably drain the noodles and add in the sachets to make a drier version, because I personally prefer my noodles that way. But trying it soupy as instructed was good.Great value for money and my second order is in!
