This is the first and only set of semi expensive knifes I’ve ever bought/ owned. I gotta say they are completely worth the money! They are seriously infomercial sharp, like cut your tomato paper thin sharp. I’ve had them for two months now and cook almost daily and haven’t noticed any doll edges or quality issues. A sharp knife is a safe knife and this set is the best I’ve ever used!

Very sharp - they do exactly what you would expect. This is my first time buying high quality knives and I don't regret it. Buy once cry once. I've typically always used literally the cheapest kitchen utensils/knives money can buy then end up throwing them away weeks later or far too soon while also dealing with poor quality so this is kind of a game changer.No regrets.

Awesome knives. Beautiful set. And crazy sharp. The quality is excellent: not only can you see it, but you can literally feel it when you pick them up. And did I mention they're crazy sharp? Because they are. And then some.I've not had them long enough to get a sense of how well they hold an edge, but I suspect that won't be an issue as long as I don't try to hack through bones, use them as prybars or screwdrivers (we've all been there), or cut on the wrong surfaces.Would I buy them again? Yes. In fact, I've already purchased some additional styles to round out my "collection". Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

So far so good (it is very handy to use, very good design for handling.I hope it will not corrode....

High quality, fits in the hand nicely, price is comparable to other, very functional for peeling and slicing, so far has retained the sharp edge. Would buy this knife again.

The buttplate fell off the nearly new breadknife. After some back and forth with the manufacturer they were unable to provide any relief. I was able to give them the Amazon order number, but they found that somehow inadequate. Poor quality. Terrible support services. Quite disappointing.
