Real marine grade stainless steel, nicely finished
Very handy eyebolts, I used one for the towbar on my bike for dragging my kayak down to the beach behind, as a safety backup connector.As I've learned, anything non-marine grade stainless will not survive repeated contact with seawater, even if it's washed off fairly soon after. This is the right stuff for the job.

Rubbish
When I used this for a job, the nut froze on the thread. When I tried to loosen the nut the thread contorted like putty. I'm not sure where the stainless steel is but it's not the thread.
