Great chair and a great deal. For what office chairs go for these days and if you need something new I recommend this one. Casters roll well and the base pivots with little effort and no looseness. The T-Handle wrench is a bonus and all of the screw heads are the same size. Instructions are easy to understand with complete diagrams with screw descriptions and part numbers from the presorted blister pack that the screws come in. It is a real brochure, not some single page diagram printed in a font size 2.Pic attached is old chair on the left vs this chair on the right.

I wanted a chair in my office I can sit cross legged, this one is perfect. I wasn't looking for arm rests but they are at a good height. Easy to put together...a little struggle w the back of chair, but otherwise fine. I did order a gel cushion but the chair is pretty comfortable to sit in for long periods of time without. Maybe need a back pillow too, but that's my preference.

A lot of my review of this chair really is in relation to the cost, especially in comparison to a lot of chairs in this price range.Arrived with pieces in-tact and everything separated and labeled clearly.The pieces themselves all seem of solid construction. Nothing feels overly cheap.Chair surface itself is nice and would totally be passable in an office setting. Wipes clean easily and resists staining.Instructions included were clear and fairly easy to follow. It's not just pictures either, it's clear step by step instructions as well as images to guide you through the whole process.Chair feels solid when sitting in it. I'm a grown man who weighs over 200lbs and it holds me just fine.Lumbar and back support really could be better but is passable for the cost.I do like the fact that the arm rests lift up if you want, so that's a nice option.The piston for raising the height of the chair works well. No issues.My main complaint about this chair is that the resistance knob that adjusts the tension when leaning back does not seem to work well. It does not seem to want to turn in either direction and I have a strong grip. I've tried adjusting while sitting on the chair or while holding the chair and sitting on floor next to it. I do not feel as confident leaning all the way back in this chair like I have in the past.We shall see how long this thing lasts. 🤞

Super comfortable chair that looks great. Easy to setup and cushions in it make for a chair I could sit in for hours on hours without getting uncomfortable. If you’re a gamer or work at a desk for most of your day I highly recommend this chair

I’ve had it for about a month now. Not much to say as I can sum it up by simply saying that this was the best bang for your buck cheaper chair. It’s not one of those thin ones and you have a full back support. If it doesn’t end up holding up for very long then that would be where I wouldn’t recommend for the long term look and I’d recommend something that’s considered to be premium quality, at least even more than this one. It’s a huge upgrade from the hard plastic chair that didn’t lift anymore that I’d been using for like 5 years — that one’s in the garage now for when I wanna rest my knees and have something rolly. Was in the market for a new chair. Found this. Comfortable, adjusts height well, arms fold up and actually stay up. It has one purpose: to be a chair, and does just that. My back is happy, my ass is happy, I am happy. BUT.....the best part? The allen WRENCH it came with. That's right, you read that right......allen WRENCH. They packed in this bad boy with all the hardware (which was labeled perfectly so I knew which screw went to which hole). Not some rinky-dink little guy that blows out my thumb and index finger to the point where I cannot feel them for hours. No to mention I always chuck them into the trash after. This one however, went straight to the tool box. In my opinion, the wrench alone makes this chair 5-Stars.

Very comfortable, I bought a different chair from this same vendor for my gaming setup and had to get another for my work office. This one is a more professional style with a high back for more support. There was a slight annoyance with the bolts putting it together but most likely human error because we eventually got it. And the experience does not impact my score. Wonderful product.

This chair is sturdy, affordable, and easy to assemble. It has held up well, with my 6' 3", 220 lb son being the one who uses it most.
