Excellent replacement for lift up cupboard hinge. Very easy to fit, just clips in.

I have both Blum Aventos HF 20F220x, 20F280x.Replaced all dampeners and they are like new.Didn’t realise this when I replaced the whole unit before. Brilliant design and cheap to fix.
