It works, doesn't leak, easy to use
If I never have to go back to the old kind where you have to stand there and hold it tightly onto the valve stem to get air into the tire. With this, you just put it on to the valve stem, make sure it fastens, and step back and wait. Yes it would be nice if it had a pressure gauge on it so you would know when to stop. But I chose not to pay the higher price for such a device.I will say this, you do have to put a quarter inch brass valve immediately behind it, because in and of itself it does not stop the air. This should be mentioned in the advertising, but I kind of guessed it and so I ordered the quarter inch brasswell the same time I ordered this air chuck.

Easy to use
I wanted to replace the air chuck that came with my digital air pressure gauge because I erroneously thought it was leaking and couldn't maintain a good seal. I was wrong about my original air chuck but even so I wanted to keep the Safelife Air Chuck. It's very easy to use and fits valves and wheels on both our Audi and Toyota. It's easy to apply to the valve and the lock holds fast. Just make sure you have a good fit before locking the air chuck. It's also easy to remove from the valve with a quick pop of the quick release. I saw another lock on air chuck that cost as nearly as much as my digital air pressure gauge but I am very satisfied with Safelife's Air Chuck at a third of the cost of the other brand. I would recommend this to friends and to date have no issues with the air chuck.

It is OK
I have been looking for a simple, leak free, tire valve air chuck. This is good, but not the one.It does not grab & seal. It needs to be threaded (turned) onto the valve stem to get a leak free seal, but it is not made to be turned. It is also relatively bulky. It takes 2 hands to get a good seal.

Hard to use
Tried to inflate tires to 230 psi and chuck would not hold the tire stem. Haltech brand seems to work better H-5256.Its past the return date so I'll try to use it on my car tires.
