Beautiful ring, great value for money. Highly recommend

My Partner and I got engaged on Xmas day last year when I gave her this ring. Last weekend (16/03/25) the stone fell out and was lost. She is still really upset. I said I'd buy her a replacement, but she said it would not be the same. I've since checked the reviews and it seems to be a common problem. I've tried to contact the seller but the system is Amazon system is automated. I selected the only applicable option "damaged" and the response was that it was too late to return it. I don't know what to do now, £90 down the drain.

It is a lovely sweet ring but the gold is very thin

Very disappointed. The ring looked nice but stone fell out after my fiancee had only had it for a few weeks & We can't find it. Obviously poor quality
