Q: Is the padding removeable?

Yes, but the padding does not move around and come out as easy as other nursing bras. The pads have stayed in place for me while nursing.

Q: Is this easy to unhook to nurse and then rehook with one hand?

It’s easy to unhook with one hand. But I often have to rehook with two hands.

Q: What would best fit a 32DDD?

A large, I would guess. But the returns are free if it’s not right for your body

Q: has anyone tried this with a wearable pump? Do you buy your regular size?

I have never tried it with a pump but it’s not a super sturdy bra, so I feel like it’s not tight enough to hold one. The cups are a little less coverage, so they may not accommodate a pump. I feel that these bras run small overall. They do have extenders for most of them, but the cups are definitely smaller than an average bra.
