I run these black quick links on all my bikes because during maintenance it makes it very quick to: A: find the quick link. B: know where to start and stop where you are applying oil or wax to your chain.

SRAM authentic missing link. As durable as it’s going to get. Price was lower than local bike shop by a lot. Functuanility well… it’s a one time use :(

I always keep a couple on hand. Had a chain fail a few weeks ago (rare, but it happens). Sure beat pushing the bike! Also, once ran into a guy with a busted chain out on the trail and was able to save his ride, too!

My first order arrived with the wrong type and quantity of master link, but after returning and reordering, I received the correct product. The parts work well once you get the right ones.

The product description is deceptive. It says a pack of 4, but I only received 2 links. The package is cut in half. The price is aligned with being a little more expensive than a 4 pack, so based on the description and price, I expected 4 links. Instead, I only received 2 links -that is very bad value.

These are an absolute must have to keep in your gear/ride bag. I broke a link on a ride recently but luckily I had a one set of these with me to finish off the ride. No easier nor difficult to install than any other master link but the price is the only reason why I took a star off and I would have liked some color options to make it easier to find the master link once installed.

Can confirm, I received 4 usable master links in original sram packaging.
