Great training collar. One of the best I have ever had for my dog

Honestly disappointed, I would expect that battery life to last more than 2 days. I bought this 7/2022 and it’s the second week of September and the charge isn’t even lasting 2 days now. This is unreliable and definitely not worth the money.

This is my first experience with an e-collar and there are so many functions… it was overwhelming! Our dog trainer started us out just using one simple function, which was very helpful. As I got comfortable with that, I read up on the other functions and slowly introduced them one at a time so that I could use the e-collar correctly. (This was for my benefit, not my dog’s. Because I can’t seem to learn too much at once as I get older.)A few times, I have reached out to customer service for help. Every time, the representative was patient, clear, and extremely helpful.I am happy with the collar, and certainly when I see the dog trainer using it on our pup, I see how extremely wonderful it can be!! I’m excited to be able to master this device so I can get the same results the dog trainer gets. I’m pretty sure that any short-comings are based on my skills, not my dog’s.My experience with the reps at this company have been top notch. They are very customer-service oriented and absolutely make me feel like my satisfaction is a priority for them.I highly recommend this product and the company!

Training, recall!

The product works well, but the control has cracked and started to chip after only 2 months. For the price I paid, this product should not be cracking or falling apart.
