Great product it's good to know that you can repair things these days in the throw away society that we live in have had a Duel of toaster for many years

Although easy to fit , especially after watching YouTube, I had one difficulty which was that the centre ones were easy but the end ones don’t tell you which way they should face inward so it’s pure guess work if they are in the right orientation. If this point was addressed then the product would be exceptionally good. Fast delivery and value for money.

Replaced one and saved one for the future.. just works as well as those originally fitted.12 years old toaster used for thousands of slices when we had a BnB, and continues to be used in our retirement. Worlds best toaster with lots of quality spares such as these, available.

With a YouTube primer and a bit of faffing with a pair of pliers, some mole grips and a screwdriver, my 25 year old 4 slice is back to its best again. Feel like I’m winning at life now.

Simple to fit and avoid spending too much on sending the toaster away to be repaired.

The implication that this fits all Dualit two-slice toasters is wrong. The lite models (or at least the two-slice ones) have a different element arrangement which are, it turns out, effectively non-replaceable.Dualit's publicity about repairable toasters is misleading and is the fundamental issue, but the seller could have saved time (and money) by making it clear this fits a limited number of toasters beforehand.
