This lift is absolutely fantastic. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I've used it every day since I got it. I did also have to buy a full harness for him, but since He's been improving, I've reverted to this lift and I highly recommend it. also, it washes up really well - cold water and dry outside or in the clothes dryer! Definitely buy it!

Q: Can a male a dog go to the bathroom in this? And how well does this support the rear say when my dog would be peeing?

1. Every once in awhile he WILL go to the bathroom IN this. Experience (and washing machine) Partially solves the problem. Disposable male dog wraps become necessary fir getting from inside to out without an inside mess. 2. I find that additional support (by grabbing the underside of a thigh) is sometimes necessary fir my large dog. This is more secure than a towel, and slightly more convenient. Rather than buying two, just use a towel when you need to was this. Chin up, its not as bad as it sounds.

Q: Is this another Chinese product?

I don’t think so and I say that because it is well made, sturdy, and comfortable for the dog. I used it for my 140 pound Great Pyrenees Unfortunately my dog has passed and I gave this product to a senior dog sanctuary so I can’t check a label

I’m short as well and I didn’t have any problems with the strap length.
