[VESA Certified] Cable Matters 40Gbps DisplayPort 2.1 Cable, 6.6ft / 2m

Nice

Great product and paired well with my Nvida board while others didn’t.

UPDATE: I enabled the compression setting (DSC) on the monitor and it's working great. I got this because it was 'VESA Certified' and a 'reputable brand' but that didn't matter. When running 4K @ 144Hz my monitor routinely get 2-3sec black screen once every ~15 min. If I'm not getting black screens I occasional get graphic artifacts of various magnitudes - shifting blocks, odd horizontal lines, black blocks. I've been using cable for just over a year and this has been my experience. Running a RTX 5070 with an ACER XV282K.

Quality you can trust!

I had a 4yr old DP Cable I was running with a 4090 and a 2k 240hz Monitor. Upgraded recently to a 4k 240hz QD-LED Monitor and started getting black screens, stutters, delayed loading, and a few other random issues. Read up online that if you are running a 4090, Maxed Out, on a high end Monitor, you’ll want to get a V 2.1+ Certified cord. The one I had was an older V 1.2. Plugged this cord in, which I should say feels and looks Incredibly sturdy and has awesome connectors with a solid construction that fit perfectly. Turned on my computer, No More Black Screen from the moment I fired my rig up. Zero stutters, No more delays, running at the full 4k 240hz @10-bits. Not bad at all for under $20. Great product, solid construction, Cheap upgrade for future proofing, and fixed a lot of headaches for cheap.

This cable from Cable Matters is a huge home run! I absolutely love the fact that it "clips" in to a female port. This will save me and you all a lot of headaches. No more worrying about the cable unplugging when moving your laptop, desktop or monitor. Another absolute plus for me is that it is using the newest and greatest DisplayPort generation of cables (Generation 2.1) plus it is VESA certified. VESA DisplayPort Cables are certified cables from VESA or Video Electronics Standards Association, which is an association to make the buyer’s life easy. All the DisplayPort must pass certain quality checks to meet their guidelines and get the certification. Without a doubt this DisplayPort, which is VESA Certified, will give you far better quality and performance than standard ones. Why? VESA tests everything about a DisplayPort cable, like Built Quality, Performance, Colors, and more. So buyers get the best cables for a perfect and smooth experience. 5 Stars all around. ˗ˏˋ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ˎˊ˗

The HDMI cable is confirmed to be on version 2.1. I used the HDMI Certification app to confirm it. The cable quality is fine, I guess. It works but sometimes, I experience intermittent connection issues with my OLED monitor. The screen would turn off sometimes. But it works fine with my brother’s old PC monitor. If it works, the picture quality is decent. It is also affordable. It was packaged in plastic though. There’s a cheaper HDMI 2.1 cable with better quality by UGreen. That is the one I’m using right now.

Got a new oled ultrawide and needed the new spec cable for HDR10. Hard to go wrong with cables from cable matters. Nice heavy duty cable that I’m sure will do its job for years to come.

Works perfectly for my current setup. I am only using it with a DP1.4 monitor though so not tested at the higher speeds. Nice and secure without too stiff a cable

Love Cable Matters! You’re guaranteed to get what you brought. That promise before you buy is worth the little bit more money. I’ve started transitioning all my cables over to their brand. These are no exception. Well built, high quality materials. Hits 165hz at 4k perfectly. No noise at all. The locking push button feature is great if your monitors are on arms and you move them about. These cables won’t come out by accident! Definitely buy these!

The quality is excellent — much better than I expected. The material feels premium, sturdy, and well made. Everything fits perfectly and looks great in person. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details. Definitely worth the price, and I would happily buy again. Highly recommended!
