I love this light! I was a little skeptical when I ordered it, but it is beautiful and plenty bright for our stairway. The crystals are heavy and the quality is good. I have had so many people comment on how much they like it. Great value for the money.

Product is exactly as described. The adjusting of the cord is fairly easy to do once you have the base installed. The package comes with a few screws, but I'd recommend using some toggle bolts for additional support.I could not get the remote to work, but the app worked just fine. You can change the color temperature and dim, but the settings are not saved if you shut off the power at the switch. For me, that's a non-issue since I'll rarely use it.Overall, it's a great product and looks great!

Ordered two sets of the lights and they have entirely different bases. One is thicker with vents or grates or something in it and the other is sleeker, slimmer, and no vents… The lights themselves look great although don’t really have good light output at all but look cool and i love the dimmed mode. Hoping i can get a replacement base without having to undo all of my work and return it and leave an open live socket in the ceiling or something i don’t even know…

This chandelier looks amazing and is a great addition if you have the space. This thing is heavy! It's the real deal feels like a quality product. The appearance is like an ultra modern piece of art. I installed it myself however this is a two person job. If you plan to install immediately discard the horrible instructions which references a bracket which the product doesn't use. You must install the star shaped bracket it ships with on the ceiling with bolts secured into the studs. The item was very well packed and comes with protective tape on the metal body which must be peeled off. If this is intimidating get a contractor to install you will not regret installing this stunning chandelier!

We LOVE the variable light levels of this stunning fixture. The white light setting is very bright, the next level casts a beautiful golden glow while the night setting is truly subtle. The quality of the crystals is also beautiful in the weight of each as well as the bubble appearance, making it beautiful both on and off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...though it did take much longer to arrive from the U.S. than expected.

Absolutely love this light, BUT I will say once you pull the cord through to change/ shorten the length of the pendant you can not pull it back through to lengthen it. So make sure you don’t pull the cords too short.

Can’t go wrong. Works good, looks good, & there’s an app.

A pesar de que a un inicio tuve el inconveniente de que llegaron rotas varias barras, me atendieron y dieron solución pronto al problema! Apenas me la pudieron instalar, pero sin duda fue buena elección!!

The media could not be loaded. Me gustó mucho la calidad, cada barra es de cristal con pequeñas burbujas, incluso apagado es hermoso y ya encendido es más que precioso. Se ve de buena calidad. Yo tuve que contratar una compañía para instalarlo porque es muy pesado y tuvieron que hacer instalación con pegamento de epoxiacrilato por el gran peso.
