Good stuff
Solid chunk of tuna steak fills the can. Mild smoke flavor, very nice. Texture is a little dry, which is just what you get with any smoked tuna. Ideally it could be a little less salty -- label says 689mg of sodium...they must brine the hell out of it. Package photo shows a solid black pepper crust, which is not really what you find inside. More pepper/less salt would be nice...
