USB won’t charge phone
USB port doesn’t work, won’t charge an iPhone, have to use a plug to make it work…

Not what I expected
So I read the reviews and the specs. It was said to be able to have things plugged up to it, but it couldn’t hold up. The biggest thing it would run is my phone

Works well, with caveat
Works well and will be good for powering low power items and charging phones, laptops, etc. However this has a built in safety gate making it anlmost impossible to plug in 2 prong polarized lamp plugs. Works very well using 3 pronged plugs or an adapter as pictured. Still a good buy at this price.

The A/C outlet port has a safety barrier that makes it really hard to insert 2 pin plugs
I use it to power a small TV when away from power sources.
