I couldn't be happier with my bike! I'm single and live alone with no vehicle and can't afford to buy one, so I opted to buy one of these to get around town. It was not an easy purchase for me, it took months of saving. And during that time I did a ton of researching. I was hesitant to go with this one, cause of so few reviews, but I'm so grateful I did!The first bike I got from them I rode only a couple of times, enough to absolutely fall in love with it, and it stopped working. I don't know if it was something I did or not. But I emailed the company and they responded immediately. Over the next few days they kept in constant contact with me, having me do a little troubleshooting, to no avail. And when I couldn't resolve the issue, they sent me another bike! Identical to the one I had, at absolutely no charge to me. And they even covered the return shipping of the first bike. Not only that, the instructions say to hold onto the box that it comes in for a little while in case you have to return it. Well my box was damaged so I threw it out. These people actually had faith in me and sent the new bike first allowing me to use that box to return the first one! I think that shows remarkable ehtics. Because you can't trust others, if you can't trust yourself.Not to even mention the bike! The bike is AWESOME! It rides great! I haven't had any issues with the new one. I absolutely LOVE It! And I highly recommend this bike and this seller to anyone in the market for an ebike.10/1/2023 UpdateI've had this bike for several months now and I couldn't be happier with it. I live in a small town and I literally ride it every single day. Anytime I go anywhere, it's on my bike. And I can't tell you how many people have stopped me to ask me about it. And I'm always more than happy to share my opinion with them because this is probably the best purchase I've ever made in my life. I have had zero problems with it. The only thing I wish they had added would be a tail light. It comes with a headlight which is great but it only has a reflector in the rear. Of course, I added my own tail light. But what's awesome about the headlight is I don't have to charge it separately, once the bike battery is charged, the headlight works off it. With my separate tail light I have to charge it separately, but it's really no big deal. As I said, I couldn't be happier with this bike and I strongly recommend it for anyone looking to buy one. This was not an easy purchase for me because it took me months to save enough money to buy it. So I will continue to update this review for anybody in the same situation, and I will update if I have any problems.

Got the bike in less than a week, was able to put together myself (I'm a 60 y.o. grandma) in about an hour. Very easy assembly. The hardest to figure out was the break system for the front tire, but other than that, it doesn't take a genius. If you are a short person, this is the perfect bike for you! I am only 5 ft. tall and this bike fit me perfect! Better than any "regular" bike ever has. I set the handle bars at the lowest setting and the seat about mid way. (I prefer to have a straight leg when I peddle). The seat and overall feel of this bike was perfect. It's light weight enough that I was able to easily bring it up the stairs to my porch. The ride was easier than expected. I was worried that it would have so much power that it would scare me to ride, but the take off is gentle and smooth and it stops powering when you stop peddling, so my first ride was a joy! I highly recommend this bike for beginners, and people that just want a leisure ride around the neighborhood or park. And yes, you get a workout! Looking forward to loosing some weight and getting outside. I can't say enough good things about this bike. For the price, you will not be disappointed.

I like this bike, it was fairly easy to assemble. I was confused on adjusting the breaks I took it to a bike shop because I couldn't get the front pads to stop rubbing, still does some. I am not sure I like the rear brake. I wish it had better stopping power as I live in an area with hills. I ride it to work 2.5 miles for 5 miles round trip, it will hold a charge for three trips, for optimal speed I charge it daily.I had a rear flat, I'm still not sure how to take it apart to replace the tube. Fixaflat has worked so far. If I keep riding to work I might upgrade to a bike with better brakes.

The super amazing bike is awesome and perfect. its new bicycle. The bike comes mostly assembled, It took about a half-hour to assemble with no problems ( there are excellent Youtube videos and also on my request seller send me electronic manual). It's extremely easy to adjust the height levels for both the handlebars and seat I can say, as 5’6” small female, the 20” model fits me beautifully. I took it for a 2-mile loop ride and was thrilled with how easy it was to use. I felt safe on it. I’m not sure of the comfort of the seat and may need to change that out-but maybe I just need to get used to it. There are some good videos on YouTube also that I watched that were really helpful to prepare me. I look forward to bike riding now with my husband-I’ll be able to keep up finally!

I've been searching for an affordable, light-weight e-bike for a couple of years. I'm a short (5 foot) female and just can't handle some of the larger, heavier bikes. This bike is perfect for a petite woman. It was delivered within a week of ordering, the packaging was sturdy, no damage to the bike and all parts were included, even a sturdy bike lock. It is 90 percent assembled so it took my husband (ha, he's the engineer) only an hour to complete the assembly. I charged the battery overnight and I was ready to go the next day. Turn on the battery and pedal to get going. Then, engage the throttle and you're off. It's actually fast so I do recommend a helmet. I live in a small beach town so I will be able to ride it everywhere and leave the car in the garage. AND best of all, the price!

Poorly built and not worth the money. The headlight does not work, keys get stuck, can’t remove battery and customer service is non existent. The bike overheats going up small hills. Did not come with any of the “extras”. Don’t bother to request a return because the purchase does not qualify.I would suggest saving your money and purchasing from a more reputable company.
