Damaged in transit to UK
It’s stylish and strong. It seems a shame that I have to return the whole thing to the US from the UK at huge expense or live with one broken part. Surly it would make more sense to just ship me the replacement part. This would save everyone time and money. Perhaps best avoided if you are not in the US. I can’t talk to anyone at Amazon just chat bots and voice bots. Drives you mad.

Good crate (furniture) for a small dog
Stable, sturdy, good material, easy assembly. Perfect size of my puppy which is 18” in height (while sitting), 24” long (nose to hind leg while standing) and weighs 19lbs. It is a small breed so I do not anticipate much more growth.All panels are smooth so added a crate mat to help the puppy from slipping and nail clicking.Crate doors do not align perfectly though it locks well. Not so happy about the spring latches but will wait to see how long it will hold.Furniture dimensions are good. Put plant pots, a printer and few books on it, still got space to add more.

Even better than the pictures!
It’s a lot smaller than I was expecting but it works and looks perfect! All parts came in some of them unlabeled but it was easy to figure out. Took about 30mins to an hour to set up and was tight on some pieces but it was worth it. Very cozy! I know some people had issues with the latch so I’ll update if I do too later.

Better quality then expected...
I didn't expect much when I ordered this but I needed it for my 3 little pups. It is better than I thought it would be. The only issue I have is that one of them hates being in a kennel of any sort. She hit the door enough that the latch came undone. We resorted to using giant clips to keep it shut. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Highly recommend this product for any dog that isn't sneaky like mine.

Gap concern.
Easy to assemble. Extremely sturdy. Looks great.My worry is the gap between the cage and the bottom shelf.The dog (a yorkie) I intended this for might well hurt herself attempting to squeeze herself through the gap. I watched her try to climb and she appered to push her head through the space.So, it won't work for her.Good news, I have another dog who was very content with it and attempted no escape. 😊
