Q: Can you play this past the 15 plays? If yes, is it worth it or still fun after game 15?

You can absolutely keep playing after game 15. The only thing is that you're no longer competing to be the all-around victor and name the world. They're just exhibition matches after that, but it's still a very fun and unique version of Risk. If you enjoy Risk as a board game, you'll still have fun after game 15.

Q: Can the game be played and fully enjoyed by only three players?

most of the time we end up playing it 3 players. we do enjoy it until somebody starts rolling 6s every time and we roll a high of 3 lol. but what i mean is there are 5 races to choose from, if you play with 3 people constantly 2 of those races will get left behind or if you beef up one race the other two players will make sure they are weakened. So yes it can be enjoyed by 3 people fully. Also the game rewards constant players. Meaning starting locations for you, and nobody else. etc

Q: Anyone else received their copy opened??

Yes! Some of the envelopes had already been opened. I returned it and they sent me a replacement that was fine.

Q: Do they make expansion packs that you can purchase

Hello Drew,The Risk Legacy expansion cards were a one-time promotional item from 2011 and have never been made available to retailers to sell. The odds of us being able to acquire a set of them are small, but we can keep our eyes open for somebody selling them a the many trade shows we attend.
