The knives start to rust very quickly with them being used minimally. So not sure of the quality.

Hay tablas más baratas, pero merece la pena pagar un poco más porque estas tablas tienen una calidad estupenda. La idea de tener una tabla específica por tipo de alimento es super importante desde un punto de vista de higiene. El tamaño de las tablas que yo he comprado es el grande, y está bien, aunque es un poco más pequeño que la tabla de madera que tenía antes. El organizador de las tablas es precioso y de calidad. Por poner una pega, las tablas se rallan un poco con el uso, pero no se nota mucho. Eso sí, mucho cuidado con utilizar un cuchillo de sierra con estas tablas, por ejemplo para cortar pan, porque sí que puedes rallar la tabla blanca (la adecuada para el pan) a muerte con un cuchillo de sierra.

tagliere joseph con taglieri in bambu
bellissimo tagliere , avevo già un tagliere della Joseph ma con 3 taglieri in plastica , volevo qualcosa in legno e trovo che la soluzione con taglieri in bambu sia davvero molto valida . bello in esterno con la finitura effetto acciaio satinato , rimane sempre elegante

Great everyday cutting boards - just treat them right!
So far, I really like these cutting boards. Really like the storage case - it's nice enough to keep on the counter. I immediately treated the boards with Boos oil and wax to condition them before using. I've had them for a few weeks and I haven't seen any of the issues people complained about in their reviews. I have many cutting boards - I like that these are wood (bamboo) and can take my chopping and slicing without fear of getting plastic in my food. I use them nearly everyday. Oh, and they can double as a charcuterie tray in a pinch.
