HyperX Nails It Again — The Perfect Wireless Gaming Headset
Wow — these HyperX Cloud III S Wireless headphones blew me away! I’ve gone through quite a few gaming headsets over the years, but this one honestly feels like the perfect mix of comfort, sound, and battery life. First off, they’re *super comfortable*. I’ve had a few long gaming sessions (5–6 hours straight) and completely forgot I was even wearing them. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, and the white design looks amazing in person — really clean and futuristic. The sound quality is incredible. The bass is rich without being overpowering, and you can clearly hear every footstep, reload, and ambient sound in games. The DTS:X spatial audio makes everything feel 3D — it’s like being inside the game world. Music also sounds great — surprisingly balanced for a gaming headset. Battery life is just ridiculous. I’ve been using them daily for about a week and still haven’t had to recharge. The wireless connection is flawless — no lag, no disconnects — and switching to Bluetooth on my phone for calls or videos is super smooth. The mic is clear and detachable (love that!), and my friends instantly noticed how crisp my voice sounded. Build quality feels solid but still lightweight, so it’s perfect for both gaming and casual use. If you’re looking for a headset that *actually delivers* on comfort, sound, and battery life, this is it. Worth every penny — I’d absolutely buy it again!

Great headset, no complaints
Really solid headset overall dosn't feel too heavy. Sound quality is great, it’s comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, and the wireless connection is reliable with no noticeable lag works well on pc. Battery life is good, and it feels well-built. Honestly can’t complain much does exactly what I expected and more. Would recommend.

Amazing!
As a regular CS2 player, I’m always on the lookout for gear that gives me a competitive edge, and the HyperX Cloud III Wireless headset delivers in more ways than one. Right out of the box, the build quality feels premium, with a sleek black-and-red design and a durable yet lightweight frame. After several hours of gameplay, I can confidently say this headset is a solid choice for FPS enthusiasts. ### Sound Quality The 53mm angled drivers make a noticeable difference in CS2, where sound positioning is critical. Footstep audio is crisp and easy to pinpoint, giving me a clear advantage in clutch moments. The bass is deep enough to make gunfire and explosions immersive but not so overpowering that it drowns out the mids and highs. The balanced sound profile is perfect for competitive gaming, where every detail counts. ### Comfort The memory foam ear cushions are an absolute game-changer. Even during marathon CS2 sessions, the headset stays comfortable with no pressure or fatigue. The adjustable headband also ensures a snug fit without being too tight, which is a huge plus for long play sessions. ### Microphone The 10mm detachable microphone is another highlight. My teammates have commented on how clear my callouts are, with no distortion or background noise. The mic’s quality makes it perfect for tactical communication, which is crucial in CS2 matches. ### Battery and Connectivity The 120-hour battery life is no joke. I’ve gone several days of heavy use without needing to charge, and the 2.4GHz wireless connection is flawless—no noticeable latency or dropouts, which is essential in a fast-paced game like CS2. The range is also impressive; I can grab a drink from the kitchen without losing the connection. ### Drawbacks If I had to nitpick, the headset’s sound signature might not appeal to audiophiles who prefer a more neutral profile for music, but that’s not its primary purpose. Additionally, while the wireless connection is solid, I wish there was a wired option as a backup, just in case. ### Verdict For CS2 players, the HyperX Cloud III Wireless checks all the boxes: excellent sound positioning, all-day comfort, reliable connectivity, and an outstanding microphone. It’s a headset built with competitive gamers in mind, and it shows. While it might not replace a studio headset for music, it excels at what it’s designed to do—give you the edge in your favorite games.

Great quality headset, just too bulky for me!
I bought this headset to use mainly at work but also for occasional gaming. I struggle with basic work headsets as they don’t have great noise cancellation, plus I liked the white and these looked more comfortable. The sound is really good and noise cancellation works well, although not as good as my AirPods. The mic is excellent quality. My only reason for returning is that they are too bulky for me to wear at work all day, plus people can hear music when I play it at medium volume which I do in between my calls while working. I would have kept them for about £50 but just can’t justify £120 for headset that isn’t perfect for me. If you don’t mind a bulky headset then I’d recommend.

Really great sound, very comfortable, easy to set up
I am so happy with this headset. My old Logitech headset died and I asked around my gaming circles and was told this was the best headset around for what I was looking for and ready to spend. I originally bought the wired version because I had been having some sound issues which I falsely attributed to wireless interferance. It turns out it was something else that ha been resolved. Being tethered on a wire after having wireless freedom was frustrating so I bought this wireless version as well and I am SO happy. The Hyper X Cloud III headsets are super comfortable, so much lighter and don't pinch my ears. The sound quality is excellent as well. I didn't realize how poor the sound I had before actually was until I switched. This wireless one connected in about 5 seconds with no fiddling required. I love the headset. I feels well made- solid metal bits and plastic that doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. The leather head band is very nicely padded. Overall just thrilled with my purchases and I absolutely recommend the headset to anyone looking for one.

Waste of time
Didn't connect to my PS5 Slim Digital The usb wouldn't even light up, it worked find on my pc and phone but on my PS5 nothing, even after hours of trying to make it work it just wouldn't, I decided to buy a steelseries headset instead and it was better quality and it works beautifully every time, no bs time waste, I don't get why anyone would waste their time on hyperx when steelseries is better value, design wise steelseries is better for gaming, fabric earcups compared to hyperx rubber feeling thing that doesn't let your ears breathe, fabric is better for breathing ears and hours of use.

Comfortable and Affordable - and the sound is very good too!
Headset is very comfortable and doesn't have too much headband pressure. (probably 7 hours of continual use atm) - sound is very good. Plenty of ways to tweak through the Ingenuity software which is very functional. Haven't used the microphone yet (it has 2, the boom mic which is detachable and an internal mic). It has a bit of weight to it, but its been super fine for me. I like that its a USB-C cable to charge the headset - which btw.. brings me to battery life. Supposedly, 120 hours? That is amazing. Since using the headset - my "percentage" has went from 100% to 94% using wireless dongle. Amazing stuff.

An all-round great headset that has no issues whatsoever
This is by far the best wireless gaming headset I have ever used. The sound quality is exceptional, providing clear and immersive audio. The microphone performs well, ensuring clear communication. The comfort level is outstanding, making it suitable for extended gaming sessions. Additionally, there is no noticeable wireless interference or white noise when nothing is playing (with microphone monitoring turned off). The battery life is impressive, lasting for an extended period, and it charges quickly when needed.
