Great value for money, runs reasonably quietly. Build quality much better than I was expecting.I'm 193cm tall, 75kg, cycle a lot, and I find the maximum difficulty setting isn't as much as I would have liked.For anyone a little lighter than me this would be perfect.

I f your used to flatpack with things from places like Ikea who have detailed instructions then you wont like this. 3hrs in and nothing makess sence. No pictures of the bolts and screws just names like hex bolt m30 t5 which useless because i dont understand that terminology.

Good value for money easy to use, if you have joint pain it's hard to find exercise equipment that's gentle on your joints this is the best I've tried for my arms and legs easy to get on and off and low noise

When the cross trainer arrived it did so before the due delivery date which was great, just one box to handle but it was heavy.Opening the box my heart sank as there seemed an awful lot of nots, bolts and screws, however with instructions in hand and all bags marked with item numbers it wasn't too bad, took about an hour to assemble.Used it a few times now and although it’s not like the quality of cross trainers in the gym it is adequate for my needs and seems to perform well enough.
