Pretty, looks like a neckless and easy to use

This product broke in the first week, the chain had snapped.Initially, I wanted this product to stop smoking and calm me down with anxiety but unfortunately it didn't help, it expels this whistly sound when I breathe through it and honestly I think it would have been more helpful had they put something in it to create a 'pull' effect.It's fun to play with but that's all for me.

The package I received had only one item in I believed it was a two pack ?

This is fantastic and way better than I expected, the spinny bit on it is so useful too, this has helped me with my anxiety so much, it’s so effective for what it is, I was so surprised, definitely worth investing in.

This is exactly as described and helps me sit with a breathing exercise rather than deciding to smoke. The lip piece is a bit of an odd shape.

Brought this to try and cut down on vaping and potentially stop. You might as well just breathe with nothing else. It needs a way to make it a harder draw to mimic smoking or vaping not just a hollow tube. Doesn't look that great quality and doesn't even look that great as a necklace on its own. I wouldnt bother.

Bought to help me quit vaping. It's just a tube, it can help with the habit of quitting vaping in the same way having a lollypop can help with the habit. It's just something to do to mimic the actions you take.If you know what you're buying it dies exactly what it says on the tin. Don't expect miracles.
