Glad I got it
I got this for my earbuds, and I was glad I did. After having them for about three months, I accidentally ran them through the washer. I got online and easily filed a claim. I received a shipping label to send the earbuds to them and after shipping them I received a Amazon gift card for the amount I had spent on the earbuds. Everything was easy and quick. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the process.

Asurion made everything so easy…( just remember your password!) They are speedy and efficient, a pleasure to deal with! So much better and less hassle than other companies, like those big box stores! I will keep buying and insure items with them !

Website Needs Work -- But Great Associate Renewed my Trust
My A8 type earpiece went south a few weeks after its return window -- never had a problem with these . -- the lasted for years. The website was NOT user-friendly and a 'chat' was terminated without resolve at 12AM EST. Got an associate the next day who followed through and they sent a gift card to my Amazon account. Overall OK but wasted too much of my time to get issue resolved. That is not the Asurion experience was used to, having registered products with them for years.

Responsive, once you do make the claim which is very difficult
They don't actually give you a refund they give you an Amazon credit gift card. You should know this in advance. In case you don't buy things very often. Other than that they are usually very responsive and I appreciate them. It cost a little bit more than it should but I've had more than one experience with having to get reimbursed for an item that didn't last. Also the website was really hard to navigate. I found that the process of just making a claim took me much longer than it should have.
