its good for what it is and how simple it is.
i have been vaping for 5-6 years and quitting has always been hard for me, however i an determined to do it this time. this product is good in the fact that when not reaching for a vape or cigarette you can pick the substitute up instead, and you still have something to act as a vape or cigarette that contains no nicotine or harmful substances. the only downside is that due to the no nicotine in the product it does not give the same effect which is ofcource expected, and as someone who doesnt agree with using nicotine gum, i have been having mints, chewing gum and flavoured sweets hard/chewing when i get a craving and use this product.
