I needed a solution to monitor my house whilst renovations were under way. I reached out to Genbolt as I have already installed their POE PTZ cameras elsewhere but this time I needed something that could cover me till the electrical cabling and fiber broadband installation was completed.That meant:It must have PTZ functionality with auto trackingMust have 2 way comms.Can work without broadband.Good image quality and offsite recording option.The Genbolt team are very responsive and even provide their support hours and details on the packaging itself. They recommended their newly released 4G LTE PTZ camera. Given that all the appliances were in for the kitchen etc where stored in the house waiting to be fitted, I went ahead and bought the camera.Installation:Installation is super easy. Mark out holes for the smaller metal bracket and secure it on to the wall. The camera will slide on to it. Then drill and holes for the other two holes at the top of the camera body and you're done.Build quality:The camera body is made of metal and very sturdy with a premium look and feel to it.Setup:Setup is straight forward and they even have a youtube video that walks you through it. Make sure you take an image of the silver sticker at the top of the camera arm for future reference as it has the login credentials and UID that you need for setting up if not using Wifi. So far so good.App features and image quality:The app is pretty intuitive and allows you to complete setup in a matter of setup. Nothing special except for the bonus that it supports ONVIF protocol so you can use it with Synology, Blueiris etc, or even HomeAssistant. I use the FTP option as a backup to the SDcard as we're having warmer summers.Picture quality is great as the camera supports human detection and auto tracking, so you don't have to worry about losing a person of interest once they move out of the field of view. Infact I actually used it to raise a support request with Ring as it's smart detection feature was missing events that this camera picked up!Image quality both day and night is great with 5x optical and 4x digital zoom. It has intelligent motion detection for night time so it captures videos in full colour. Support of H265 saves space and gives great quality.Initially I was only going to buy this as a temporary solution but since it supports ethernet and DC, I've decided to get a POE switch which will greatly simplify the installation of other cameras compared to having to install POE to ethernet and 12v adapters on the camera side in the previous installation I did elsewhere. The 4G feature worked perfectly and gives me peace of mind that even if someone did damage the fragile fiber cable the camera continues to operate and I can still get notified when out and about.

La calidad de la imagen es estupenda. Se nota que es buena Los videos se graban bien tanto de imagen como de audio.

Dopo la prova mi sembrava un ottimo prodotto, qualità video buona anche di notte.Ho avuto difficoltà per installare il programma sul pc e ho dovuto contatatre un esperto perchè l'assistenza telefonica ha solo un numero cinese e un altro in inglese, alle email rispondono in inglese dopo un bel po di giorni.Dopo il montaggio è andato tutto bene per circa 15/20 giorni, dopo la funzione di rotazione non è piu andata ed ora è fissa.Ha perso l'indirizzo per la connessione e ho dovuto rismontarla e portalra da un tecnico per farla sistemare.Brutta esperienza sopratutto per l'assistenza inestente.
