Worked great for a while
The hub worked great for quite a while up until recently.When I plug it into my phone, it won't display anything to the TV or even register that its connected. However, if I use the hub as just a USB hub without connecting the HDMI, it'll work just fine and register that I have an external mouse and keyboard connected. I'm not rough with my cords or bend them in any sort of way, it just stopped working one day.Build quality is great (metal casing instead of plastic and thick cord as well as metal around the USB-C connector), which is why I was so confused when it stopped working.I used this primarily for the Samsung Dex on the Galaxy S10. Worked flawlessly until it didn't. Might buy again, as there aren't too many good USB-C to HDMI connectors out there with good build quality like this one

Works great with my keyboard, but only the USB 2 port works.
The USB 2 port works great with my keyboard. I have had no issue with it so far, and I have been using the hub for about two weeks. However, I tried to connect the keyboard through the USB 3 port, and the keyboard would not connect. Maybe it is not an issue with the product, or the USB 3 port could be a dud. Just know that when buying this product, the keyboard only works with the USB 2 port and not the USB 3 port.
