Good pourer
Good tea pot pours well, lid a wee bit flimsy but works for what it was bought for.

good value, so long as it lasts
I like it because it looks good, fairly lightweight and extremely good for the price. Unfortunately this is the 2nd one l have bought, as the spot welding on the pot lid gave up and the lid fdll off. Cheaper tobuy a new pot than faff about with the old one.

Low it
I use it for organic herbal tea which has to be left 15 minutes and still very warm. Also the handle doesn’t heat up

Only gave 4 stars as was for a present so unable to give proper score, but did seem very nice quality.Delivery was quick with no problems.

Cheap stuff from China, but reasonable design.
Finish is good on the outside but completely unpolished on the inside. Feels dirty some how.The spout pours well but in my case the spout is only 170° from the handle.Made me laugh. It's not great quality here but at least functional.

Lovely
Bought when it was ok to have a guest outside in the garden when lockdown was first lifting. Served tea. Made it special rather than traipsing in and out of the house to boil the kettle and make another cup. We both got a good couple cups each and it stayed warm. Very nice. Looks smart. Pleased

Lid Not a Good Fit
We had a stainless steel teapot which we used for years and years just putting the hot water in it, heating it on the burner, adding the tea bags and after about 5 min....Voila! Perfect Tea. Sadly the weld on the handle let go so we needed a replacement and ordered this one from Pendeford. The handle is insulated with what looks like bakelite, just like the old one, so there is no risk of burned fingers. Good! Now the bad news.... the lid is jiggly on its hinge and doesn't fit well and a lot of the heat is escaping. Now you know! It is O.K. but doesn't fill the 'big shoes' of our old one.
