I LOVE this knife. Used it again today. For the price, this knife is excellent. I cook a lot using fresh fruits and vegetables and desperately needed a good knife. I finally broke down and gave up on the old knife I had used for decades - it was chronically dull and warped and, to be honest, a bit sad. But it had provided many a good meal and I hated to give it up. Sharkie is my new knife for hard work and performs like a champ! And to keep her happy, I wash her gently and put her back in her box after every use. But I have not relegated old knife to the dustbin. She comes out every now and again to do a bit of easy work. After all, she may be an old girl, but even old girls like to dance once in a while,

This replaced my expensive W..... brand knife. It's nice and sharp and does a great job of slicing, dicing, and chopping whatever you need sliced, diced or chopped. It feels great in my hand and is very comfortable chopping anything from cantaloupe, carrots, meats, cheese, apples, orange, .... you name it & I've chopped it for my dehydrator to preserve into chips, fruit leathers, and other great things for later use.

Nice, heavy knife and super sharp. I bought it to cut butternut squash and works well. I wish, however, it had come with a sheath so as not to cut my hand when reaching for it in the drawer. Also, I’m not crazy about the smooth plastic handle and would have preferred a heavy knife like this one to have a more gripable handle.

This is a really great knife out of the box and I will list some of the pros and cons. Pros - super sharp out of the box - knife is sharp and cuts pretty everything like butter - cleaning cloth included - lots of foam to protect box - magnetic closure box - easy to clean - price. As of now it's $16.99 Cons - box is a bit big - does not come with sheeth Conclusion this knife is a great chef knife that won't break the bank and is very sharp out of the box. Probably the sharpest knife out of the box. Out of all the knives I've bought so far this is the sharpest.

I have bought many knives in my lifetime, but this knife will slice butter! I'm saying this in a good way. After my second use my idex finger was punctured so quickly I didn't even fell it. It's so sharp my wife refuses to use it. Just advising you all... if you're going to buy this knife, you MUST treat it with Extreme Respect. Best butcher knife I've ever owed.

The beautiful design, and high build quality is out of this world. This knife is almost too beautiful to use. Even the box it arrived in, very elegant. Would make a great gift, come to think it. Very impressive.
