I am blown away by the standard of customer service I received.... First of all I received the item really quickly, then when we were putting up the light we noticed a few hairline cracks in one of the globes and we noticed it was smashed when we lifted it out. I should add that the others were completely fine! Our electrician put the light up anyway because we needed light for bathroom (I'm 36 weeks pregnant and had to keep going to the toilet in the dark) ... Once up the light looked great and we were more than happy with the quality!!! It looked fantastic even with globe missing.Then I contacted the seller to explain my situation (Thursday afternoon- 4pm ish) and I was expecting a reply within 3 days- HOWEVER. The very next morning I received not one but two globes posted first class!!!I have now but the globe onto the light and it looks even more amazing!More than that though is the fact that this company went above and beyond in sending me out two globes straight away.I don't care if you can look around and can get cheaper bathroom lights , these lights scream quality and dealing with a company with such high customer care is well worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent illumination *by G***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 15 August 2020* An excellent product for a bathroom with very good illumination. The only irritation was that it dos not come with connection tails, so if you buy this product make sure you have some lighting cable including an earth cable, about 30cm.
