Great packaging and quality. I've used this 3 times since it arrived 5 days ago and can honestly say I've found it incredibly relaxing. I've used it for around 10 - 15 minutes each time and in that timeframe I've felt equally as relaxed as I have done on a 40 minute massage. I keep it in the kitchen as the floor is laminated and use it in the evening. Blessed out is the best expression I can use. For the price it's an absolute steal compared to the £70 kits I've seen advertised heavily on social platforms. I've been suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck and shoulder and this eased it considerably on the first go. I've already recommended to 3 people as you can't quibble for the price. Very good quality and stores away easily in the storage bag.

Seems to have helped my wife to relax and sleep better. Early days yet but we are hopeful that this will continue. Delivery was quick and price was good so we are pleased we made the decision to give this a go.

I saw an advert for a Shakti mat and didn't want to spend £59 to see if it actually would help me. So I got this one and was pleasantly surprised. It's great quality for the price (12.99) I was nervous at first, some reviews said they lasted 2 minutes and got off as the spikes were too painful. The first time I went on it I lasted about 12 minutes, then worked up to 20 after. Now I can happily use it for 30 if needed (it doesn't take long to get used to it, just push past the part where your brain is telling you to get off, it'll be worth it)The benefits - my back pain has been much improved. My neck feels less tense using the pillow. I sleep better. It helps relax you before bed and also I don't wake up in the night tossing and turning, trying to get back to sleep. I turn over, my back clicks (in a good way) and I go back to sleep. I use it every night but I forgot to use it a couple of times and I really noticed a difference - in pain levels and a worse sleep.

The first time I laid on this I must admit I did feel some discomfort. I wore a strappy vest top and cycling shorts. I did eventually overcome the desire to get off it and stayed laid on it for around 20 minutes. I’ve been suffering with sciatic pain in my left butt cheek and leg for around six months. Nothing seems to have worked till I got this. Now, I’m not saying it’s a miracle overnight cure, but after one session I told feel a difference. I lay on it every day for around 20-30 minutes and the pain in my leg etc has lessened considerably. I no longer have to take pain killers and I can sleep at night a lot easier. It’s definitely worth investing in one rather than the overpriced original make which is exactly the same as this one. I’m even considering putting it in my suitcase to take on my hols.

I ordered the least expensive one I could find and I’m very pleased with it! The first minute was really uncomfortable and I didn’t think I’d last. After about 5 minutes a lovely warm feeling began. By around 15 minutes, a kind of gentle bodily euphoria happened. It felt very similar to being given a pre-med before an operation or injected with morphine. A kind of blissful, tingly numbness. I got off after 20 minutes and really looking forward to next time!

I used it once they might work for someone who can take the pain. I used them with my top on and still hurt my back with the spikes.

Was not sure about these but glad I bought it. I've tried it 3 times now and it's soon relaxing it does hurt for the 1st 5 mins till your body gets used to it but I will continue to carry in using it great value for money

I was worried the cheap version wasn’t good but this really works. It takes a few minutes to get past the initial prickly sensation but then you feel warm and relaxed. Very helpful with any type of pain including migraines. I suffer with chronic pain and this is a godsend to me. I am recommending it to all my friends who struggle with pain.
