FIRSTINFO 1/4 Inch Drive Adjustable 2-Way Speed T-Handle Spinner Wrench

This is a very clever idea for a tool that actually works very well. I purchased a second one to go in my motorcycle tool kit. I use this thing all the time, it's just handier than a 1/4" ratchet. I wish they made the exact same tool in 3/8" drive.

This item is more than I expected and I'm pleasantly impressed. The build quality is great, and I saw the same thing in Japan sold in a different brand. The bit and 1/4 hex in one is very useful the spinning t handle is smooth.

This tool is inexpensive but not cheaply made. It is so useful I find myself teaching for it instead of my ratchet. It is possible to attach a palm ratchet and get the best of both worlds. It is just the right size not being overly long for everyday use. One of my most used and favorite tools. It goes to show that sometimes design can trump expense.

I was looking for a small Tee handle to add to my tool kit and came across this one. It seems pretty decent and spins really nice. It's nice that you can use it with or without the extension, allowing for more versatility depending what you're working on. So far it's been great for what I need it for and we'll see how it holds up over time.

It's good to have but a ratcheting head woud make this excellent. Using it where you can't spin the handle makes it useless.

This is the tool that makes you fall in love with Tools. It’s simple to use it always works. It has a nice feel in the hands and gives you complete control and it’s just a work of art in Tools. It’s quite unbelievable. I’m not sure but I think it’s actually made in Taiwan. They make some good stuff there and this is the very best of their stuff

Très bonne surprise. Super qualité, clé très pratique et semble vraiment solide. La rétention des embouts de vissage est correcte sans être trop ferme, les douilles quant à elles tiennent plus fermement. Parfait pour le moment.

The flexibility of this spinner wrench is a win: T-Handle or L-Handle (the T bar slides as per your wishes or slots in the middle in a stable position), Spin it if you want or not, The 2-way socket is a wider and it comes with a 3/8" adaptor contributing to its versatility. Pretty fantastic tool. Now the bit that is more difficult to figure out from the pictures: imagine a car - this is a too weak tool to say remove heavy engine fixings or wheel nuts... imagine a motherboard: it is a tool too strong for that kind of job... now lets go back to our car: imagine disassembling and assembling trim or any other medium fixings: it is a wonderful tool to have at hand So flexible this stuff is that you could use it with an 1/4" impact wrench (and without the T-handle) but it makes no sense doing so ( since it spins on its own ...) so and you risk torque damaging the tool so best avoid that temptation

So I had been looking at this setup for a while before finally jumping at it remember not only does this spinning T-Handle have the 1/4” drive square anvil but there’s a sleeve that latches in place using ball detents slide it down and now you have a spinning t-handle that’s designed to use 1”long 1/4” hex drive bits it functions as either an extension that you connect to your standard 1/4” drive square anvil equipped ratchet or to the T-Handle which works like a beaker bar as well and you get the extra functionality of the added 1/4” drive to 3/8” drive adapter that’s got the large disk with knurled edges to function as a thumb spinner and all that’s packaged in a nicely laid out and attractively branded foam organizer well when I received mine turns out it was the 1st generation which didn’t include the foam organizer or the thumb wheel adapter so I reached out directly to Firstinfo after being politely informed that I could return for refund or keep it via Amazon I’d gotten it from the deals and steals calming open box that’s a specific situation and not the norm but they are separate from the regular sales so they don’t have the ability to send off individual parts in those cases and generally speaking I’ve never had an issue with open box prior and the reason for it was simply it was the old version the upgraded version contained the foam and the adapter that’s directly from first info themselves so anyways I messaged them directly about it following the link on their official website completely independent of Amazon and this is why it is important for me to explain the context and reasons leading up to it because after sending them an email with an explanation of the situation and a couple of pictures I received a reply the next day basically confirming that I was missing the parts I listed and they included a picture with a product brakedown to make sure there was no mush or anything considering they’re a Taiwanese based company that I completely understand and I responded confirming that they had understood correctly the next day another email and as simple as that they requested my contact information name and full address so they could send me a brand new replacement kit not just the parts I was missing an entire replacement and after supplying the requested information the next day I received the next email from them containing a tracking number and a thank you for supporting their brand etc. it was one of the best easiest and generous customer service experiences I’ve ever had weather your purchasing off their website or from their official Amazon store rest assured that they are going to do whatever they can to help you out with any issues with their products and do I’ve had 2 of these and the set of extensions for their pneumatic air gun that comes in the foam and the fit and finish is second to none especially with the included foam organizers and the fair price point for what it’s worth I am beyond thrilled with their products and I’m beyond proud to have their tools in my toolbox for at the end of the day theses tools do the thing and they do it well but if not their customer service department will make sure they take care of the issue so that it does the thing when they get done and that speaks volumes about the products and the companies dedication to their products and to me that makes this a major win in my books that’s for sure
